There are many myths surrounding the best recipe, but this is a simple batter recipe made with eggs, flour, milk, salt, and a bit of sparkling water. It is whisked together and then placed in an oiled and hot muffin tray, which is then placed in a very hot oven for approximately 20 minutes. Delicious served with a traditional roast dinner.
